Hired someone to move a sofa today. Quoted $180 for an easy job and 45 minute drive but it was last minute so I was ok with that. Just received my taskrabbit invoice. There's an extra $70 tacked on for taskrabbit's fee. Nowhere is it clearly disclosed that you pay an additional fee of 35% to taskrabbit. I will caution people about using the service going forward. Not at all happy with that fee.
Arrived in the mail quickly without extra shipping costs, nice quality product, looks just like the photos, no issues at all.
