I ordered the praxis kit and was told to expect delivery between April 1st- April 3rd. It's now April 4th and tracking says the carrier is still waiting on the item to be shipped. I've contacted customer support and they replied by sending me my tracking number which I already had, so not very helpful. I can't comment on the product yet but so far working with this company has not been ideal. Orde US-*******
Hi Thomas, Your parcel shipped on April 2nd by DHLGLobalMail and your tracking shows a delivery date of 04/13/2021. We use DHL for the first part of the journey - parcels are then handed over to the USPS for final delivery. Sorry delivery has exceeded the expected delivery date. There are delays within the postal service due to the pandemic and some customers have unfortunately had to wait longer than usual for standard delivery. Because deliveries have been so badly affected by Covid, we are kindly asking our customers to be patient during this difficult time.
