On the first of December of 2022 I found 20 fraudulent charges on my rushcard. I contacted them and was treated with very poor customer service. They canceled my account which I was expecting however they sent me another card but when I tried to activate it I couldn't because they will not let me have another account until their investigation is resolved. I was told that this could be up to 90 days. That is $525 gone and now I can't pay for my utilities.
