Poor customer service. I constantly tried to get a response despite the fact their website says I will bet one. Then they keep moving the goal post. First it was "you emailed us on a weekend", so I suggested they update the website to clarify. No response. 4 emails later, waiting 3 days between each request for a reply, they finally say it was the holidays (weeks after NYE). I ask for a very reasonable feature, they say it can't be done. I ask why and they say just say it can't. I follow up twice and remind them I'm asking WHY and they simply repeat that my demands were forwarded to another department.
Wellvue is guilty of what is called feedback retaliation. It's basically lashing out because give you criticism and want you to do better. There's also tones of being anti autistic, as autistic people like myself while not rude, are very straight forward. You may claim "but they didn't know you're autistic." You can know or sense someone is different in some way and be hateful about it. In my case, Wellvue needs to address implicit biases it has against the autistic. It's my hope HR/DEI department will coach them on this. Until now, I'm not using their product and will go elsewhere.
