Wanted to reactivate service but was told my device was an older model but would work until they shipped a new unit. Charged me over $40 and unit DID NOT WORK! Called Aug. 30th to tell them not to charge me for next months service but they did anyways. Called Sept. 1st to get my money returned and they wouldn't give me a refund. They knowingly knew that my older device was obsolete but still took my money after numerous calls to tech. Support and then charged me after I told them not to. VERY dishonest company.
