Hasbro pulse has the worse customer service on the planet! I was literally told if I didn't like their customer service or their policies to go somewhere else! I need my items sent to a secure location so I pay over $150 a year for a post office box and as of 4/1/21 they NO LONGER ship to PO Boxes. Since then my items have been mis-delivered, or they were stolen and most importantly they had sent me damaged items. As a collector receiving my items on time, secured and undamaged is critical. That has not been the case. But telling me if I don't like not to order from them is ridiculous!
