I paid for a full surround case for my cell phone in late October. They took the payment. It's early February and I still do not have my case. I think I've been shamed. Every time I ask them through email what's going on? Same reply. Hold on just a little longer. Save your money and buy else where folks
Found myself in tax trouble. Owed the IRS over 16,000 dollars. I saw the commercial about reduced tax bill. Hired Optima for around 1,500 dollars. They delayed it for 2 years. No reduction. Now I'm paying the IRS full amount in installments payments. Plus the 1,500 I lost paying optima to reduce it. Be careful folks
