I purchased a full HID KIT from this site a couple of years ago. Within a year a ballast and bulb had failed. Many back and forth e-mails and finally received a replacement. It took about a month. This time I'm running into the same issues. Drivers bulb failed and used the chat feature on the site first. Told me to e-mail *******@carxenonhidkits.com. Which I did. No response. Called today, did option 1 for sales - no one available and option 2 for customer service - no one available. Got a call back, told them the situation I got "ok, thank you" and then disconnected. He didn't take my info or anything. E-mailed again to find out the status.
