Do not buy. They steal your money. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save your money and go elsewhere. Look for previous reviews I have submitted, along with other negative reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Their REFUND PROMISE is a complete LIE. DO NOT PURCHASE from this scam company if you are unsure of what you need. You will be out HUNDREDS of dollars. Their customer service is complete $#*!. From China, although you would NOT know that from their sketchy website.

I am going to repeat this for the last time, as I believe that I am making myself perfectly clear, and have from the start of our communication: We are not going to dye this hair for any event. Respectfully, I am requesting a full Refund for the unused and unopened item. You are giving me the run-around and I do not appreciate this. I have read and did a "chat" with a representative BEFORE I purchased this item in regards to returns and refunds.

I NEED the RETURN and REFUND instructions. Where do I send the item to? What else do I need to do.

I needs this info. Right away, as I understand there is a window of time for RETURNS for REFUNDS, that is why I emailed immediately after seeing through the plastic case that the hair color was not a match for my daughter's hair.

Good morning. In the body of this email please find 5 unopened & unused pictures of the hair extensions I ordered and that were delivered to my home yesterday. Respectfully, I am requesting to return the hair extensions for a full REFUND. My order number for these hair extensions is: US*******147H. My original email is: *******@comast.net

The reason for return is that before I even ordered these extensions, I did a live "chat" asking for a recommendation of the closest color to my daughter's Medium Ash Brown hair, and this is the color that the chat agent suggested. Upon delivery, we did not even need to open the hair extension packet because we knew immediately that these extensions are not even close to her hair. These extensions were needed for an event that is taking place tomorrow.

Please advise as soon as possible as to what is needed to return this order for a refund to my checking account.

BEWARE: This company is bad news. Only buy from them if you have purchased from them before & know EXACTLY what you need, otherwise you will be out money for any return or refund. In my case: It's $144.00 that I totally pissed away, even BEFORE consulting with them before my purchase, whereas they assured me that a return for a refund would be NO PROBLEM. They are bad business.

I am getting the run-around from this company tryin to get my money back for UNUSED and UNOPENED hair extensions. Before I purchased them, I did a chat with one of their representatives on which hair to purchase for an event. They were delivered and we immediately knew they would not match her hair for her upcoming event. They keep emailing me, after making myself perfectly clear, that the event has come and gone and we are not going to dye them. I keep asking them where to send them back to so that I can get my money back but they just keep suggesting me to dye them for a future event. They have hung up on me and now have blocked me from the chat feature on their website.

BEWARE. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Even if you follow (which I did) their return/refund policy to a perfect "T" (which I did), you're not getting the refund you're due and owing. You will forever get the run-around from whoever is in charge of this scam operation.
