I won an auction and did not realise that the goods will not be delivered for 8 weeks. Contacted them to have the bid cancelled as I needed the goods within two weeks. I was told it cannot be cancelled even though they expect to hold on to my money for 8 weeks without delivering the goods.
I spoke to a lady called Saida who was unprofessional and unsympathetic.
To be avoided in future.

Paid for item in March and Still have not received anything not even a communication re reason...
