BEWARE POOR QUALITY EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Upon receiving the dress the quality appeared to be excellent as well as the packaging, I was at first quite impressed! The dress was heavily marketed on social media as "the dress" for one's 21st. The problem arose when my daughter attempted to wear it out for the first time at her 21st birthday celebration. The very first time she sat down the straps broke. We followed the size guide and she was, in fact, in the correct size. I am very disappointed as her celebration was marred by this experience. Instead of celebrating at the rooftop bar watching the sunset as planned, my daughter was in her hotel room desperately trying to salvage the dress and temporarily stitch the strap back on. This was in fact futile because the remaining straps proceeded to fall apart!. I included multiple pictures of the dress for customer service to review. The customer service response was … the tag was removed we cant accept return. They do not stand by their product, which they grossly market on social media as "high quality fabrics and construction, with a fit so good, that it feels custom made, just for you."
UPDATE I have resolved issue with Heiress Beverly Hills I appreciate their accountability and effort to rectify the situation. HBH agreed to leave initial review in an effort to be transparent. In the end they acknowledged the issue with the straps on the Diamanté dress and have made changes in the material in order to provide better quality and construction. Almost every business or product has at least a few flaws, I respect their transparency! It shows they are not trying to deceive customers and they are making an effort to provide the quality they intended! I would give them a chance as they showed a genuine effort Chalking this experience up as growing pains! I hope they continue to improve!
