Just purchased a bra from what I believed was their company with returns offered. Received confirmation email with Chinese symbols on it and a tracking number that didnt work. Item arrived and is horrible and uncomfortable and now says no refunds. Messaged the company through their facebook page and was given an email that has been returned 5 times as nonexistent. Extremely unhelpful with getting any answers. Wish I had read the bad press ahead of time on Better Business Bureau and on PayPal. Seems this. Com company uses Storm Media Limited which has quite a few disputes against it and few resolutions. Lesson learned. Stay away. Buyer be aware.

First, there is no address or phone on file. Their website states to be sure of image and size as that is what will be printed on your wallet. Definitely not so. Also when you upload the image, what you see in your cart is not what you get. No background. Just faces
