I have seriously been waiting forever to get my wheels and tires. First, they took my money and didn't even have access to the wheels I wanted. Now that I have selected a different set, it has taken nearly a month to even get them close to shipping. However, they have sat on a shipping dock for 5 days and haven't moved. I wish I had bought from someplace else. I could have ordered from the manufacture directly and gotten them a lot faster.
Tip for consumers:
You may not just call and speak to a customer service agent after placing an order. You must leave a message and they will return your call at their convenience.
