ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POLICIES. Do not use quick candles. I ordered vases for my sister's bridal shower centerpieces. I paid for 3 day shipping and tracked my order. Turns out my vases were damaged and sent back to the warehouse. I received no notification from the company. When I called I spoke to Tiffany Keeler who offered me no solution. They refused to give me faster shipping on a new order to ensure I had my vases in time for the event. The assured me that she was the assistant manager and there was no one above her that I could speak to. I have never encountered a business that makes zero effort to make sure the customer gets what they ordered, when they expect it. I'm honestly speechless. She told me that she was "looking forward to reading my honest feedback" - so here it is. Worst customer service - terrible business practices.
