I received my wig very quickly as usual and the quality of the hair was decent but as soon as I tried to fit the wig on my hairline, the lace on the left side ripped down the side! I immediately contacted customer service and while they were kind at first, it soon because clear that I wasn't going to get any kind of replacement or refund. I even sent pictures and a video as requested. I was told to try and cut the lace to make the sides more even. But when I did that, it took off more lace than I wanted and the wig was even more useless! I went back and forth emailing with them and was only told to try and fix the problem myself. I was told to "send a picture after you repair it" so they could potentially "ask the production company for a solution". The problem is the production! I would be happy with a replacement wig but I couldn't even get that. I basically paid for a wig I can't use and customer service was a joke. I've had good experiences with this company in the past but this experience has soured me on them for good.
