I don't understand what/how they lost my package. FEDEX has been one of the worst in terms of reliability. Waiting more than a month for a update from foward.me about my lost package and a reply from FEDEX and still with no update, it seems like both are just ignoring the problem and taking your money while giving excuses. Should have been given a refund/replacement by now already. And the item I needed could only be bought from the US, not anywhere else, so I cant even use my hardware at all.
