While I was impressed with the laser I purchased (while it was working), it just stopped working seemingly for no reason. I did not drop it or get it wet. I contacted customer support and was told I should purchase another one since it lasted for more than a year and they would not be able to help me with a repair as the products come from China (should have guessed). Save yourself the time and money and find a laser made in the USA (or at least not China) if you want / expect such an expensive and seemingly high quality laser to actually work for longer than a year or so.
Tip for consumers:
No shipping notifications were ever sent and it took much longer than expected. Products have 180 day return window and there will be no service offered after this in the event something stops working.
