They called and sold me something when I was in the field working, When I called back to understand the what I purchased, I was told that I am screwed into a 1 year contract even though that was not explained to me. FIRSTLY THEY DO NOT RECORD CALLS, so anything that is told to you IS A LIE over the phone. Olya, my sales agent was extremely fast spoken and you could barely understand her. Stephanie is supposedly the "floor manager," but she can't help me in any way shape or form. They both tell me I'm out of luck and there is literally nothing they can do.
