Phone received was "not as described" (Order #PDA*******). They sent me different version which I did not order. More over the factory sealing appeared broken and then resealed three times on the top of the original one. See the photo. Buyer beware!
Of course I immediately requested refund (RMA#*******). They promised in writing to refund the return shipping cost which never happened. Despite of multiple attempts to reach them via email or via their "Contact us" form they just do not reply.
Marc-Andre Leroy, do you remember what you promised? You received the phone on Jan. 12,2024. How long does it take for your back office to issue a $75 refund for return shipping? And be more specific about your definition of "within the timeframe" - a month, a year? When do I get my money back?

You sent me version "0" without ANY communication because you run out of version "B" which I originally ordered. I knew that fact after receiving the package as Marc explained in the email.-----
