I ordered a pair of 9060 new balances they cost 242.00 plus 35.00 shipping. When I received them they were dented up in the front of one sneaker and the stitching was off only on one shoe. I asked for a refund and they told me they are not responsible for the way the manufacturer made the sneaker and offered me $20. I advised I want a refund or I will escalate this. They then advised they would look further into resolving this and that was 5/16/23 and no response following. Take it from me DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I learned my lesson :(
