“Horrible service”

I have been waiting for my item more than 5 months when it was promised up to 25 days, could get any real update from customer service during these months.

Customer support suggested to replace my order with available items, I agreed and paid the price difference. But it the end I received my initial order, when I already paid Extra for a replacement. A winter sweater I received in May.
Quality isn't good too.
Don't recommend to anyone.
