On the 30 th of July, we visited Subway, across from the Walmart on Carlisle NE. We used to app to order with a coupon "buy 2 get 1 free". We were excited to try the new menu. Unfortunately we arrived to pick up order, and only 2 subs were in order. When we asked about the coupon sent via app, we were told the. Upon was not applied, and there was nothing they could do about. A very aggressive, rude employee, Jeremiah, repeatedly stated they were not doing anything to rectify this situation. We asked them to call the mgr, whose name is "Queen". To which Jeremiah stated, "I can't wait until "Queen is going to OWN you". He was laughing and acting like a bully. We spoke to mgr and she said there was nothing they could do. We asked for another sandwich, a refund, something, but got only rude push back. We contacted Subway with our complaints as well. We didn't take the two sandwiches that were prepared because that was not our order. Don't go to this Subway, or use app, unless you want to be ripped off, abused, and mistreated.
