I ordered hinges and they sent auto close instead of soft close. They authorized the return but wanted more money for the replacement which I sent them. They only sent half of the hinge so I could not use them. I requested a return which they authorized. Now the fun part... getting your money back. I spent days online and with customer service but no money. I finally got a partial amount returned and filed a complaint with the credit card company to get the rest of my money. I would NEVER do business with this company again.
