My mother and I were set to travel and because of my health condition we had to cancel. I needed to send a ridiculous amount of info about my condition and a full page doctors note which cost me $50.00. They approved the refund in April of 2022. It's now September and after many phone calls and emails we are no closer to getting our money back. Viking river cruises uses this shady company. Shame on them.
Tip for consumers:
If Viking cruises encourages you to use this company for travel insurance, I would refuse and seek out a different company to provide the insurance
