I ordered a pair of Adidas and used the UK size conversion chart. The chart was inaccurate. I received sneakers that don't fit me. Customer service refuses to help. Wants me to pay $70 to send back a pair of $100 sneakers to get the correct size. Luke, the customer service representative rude and unhelpful don't order from this site.

Don't sell on Tradsey trust me you will be sorry, beside the high sellers fees they do not stand behind the agreements if a buyer does not return an item within 10 days the seller gets the payment and the buyer gets a site credit. This is a big lie I sold a beautiful LV Bag the seller took 11 days to return the item so Tradsey took the money I earned and sent it back to the Buyer and did not stand by the seller agreements. I reported this company to the BBB.
