No customer service whatsoever. I have never been able to talk to a person. Cheapo notified me of a change in flight schedules. I declined to accept changes, and did what was asked of me to get someone to assist me. No response! Have been on hold for over twenty minutes each time I called customer (what a joke) service.
Never in my life have I experienced such a lack of service!
Case resolved, customer accepted the flights offered and new tickets have been confirmed. The airline under went a change in their schedule, as a travel agency we offer to our clients what the airline has provided in it's place. At times it can be an inconvenience, but we will always go back to the airline for other options if the customer is not satisfied.
