Got my son a costume pc for Xmas for gaming and it was not a cheap one 4 days into to it and it took a crap... Called Customer service and there keep telling my that I need to reinstall windows 11 I did and still nothing works... I ask one of my buddys and he told me that it is the hard-drive and still there are telling me that is not it... WTF just send me another hard drive that I payed for and let the kid play with is pc...
Tip for consumers:
There is nothing I can say just don't spend over 2,500 of your hard earned money for your kids Xmas just to still wait to use it

To be all honest I agree don't buy Ibuypower had a pc for 2 months from them. The power supply...
