I got charged twice on a $306 order. I was charged the whole amount twice because they originally missed 5 items on my order when they shipped it. So when they shipped the remaining items they charged me again. So I tried to get ahold of customer service to help resolve this issue. I spent 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone through the live chat and I had 5 different "people" enter the chat and then leave immediately. I tried calling the customer service number and had to call 3 separate times to finally get ahold of someone. The first 2 times I had called I was waiting on the phone for 15 mins before the automated voice told me the phone line had been disconnected. Can't even say what the products are like because I haven't even received them but this experience has left a sore taste in my mouth and I'm not even excited to get the items anymore. Never buying from here again.
