I have ordered from them before but never thought to leave a review. I ordered a BRAIDED SEAGRASS STOOL and not only was it delivered in 2 days by a decent courier it's beautiful. The price was affordable too.

The good - I love their products. The Miracle Balm makes me look refreshed and glowy and I don't impress easily. I have older skin and I have never seen such an uplift with make up that didn't look cakey. Their cheek stick is also amazing, it is light and not overly pigmented and you can use it anywhere.
The bad - They use DHL in the US but when it comes over the border they use the worst courier on the plant Uni Uni. My makeup did not arrive on the day it was supposed too but did arrive. Not sure I will order again because the courier is such a head ache. I would rather pay for shipping with a good courier.

My building has been using their service for years but ever since they went online everything has gone wrong. I still have the option of using my laundry card but thought to try the app and twice I was missing money and they also charge $0.25 every time to load the app so I went back to the laundry card and use cash now to load it. No fees and I don't seem to be missing money. The most frustrating part is their online portal that allows you to see which washers and dryers are in use IS NEVER accurate. It never seems to sync. There is no way to contact the company as they don't have an email anymore and the online form doesn't apply to this issue. They must be very cheap for my landlord to hire this horrible company.

When you escalate a claim you assume PayPal reads the entire complaint however after my previous experience I have discovered they didn't understand the actual issue. They actually missed the entire point. The issue was about purchasing of insurance that didn't cover my item, the issue was not my item. There are 2 lessons here, retailers are now desperate so be careful and PayPal has clearly been outsourced as their grasp on the English language is clearly absent.

I recently visited my local Dollarama and was shocked at the price increases. Halls that used to be $2 are now $4 and you get about 10 pieces. They are clearly price gauging but staying below grocery prices so you think you are getting a deal. The packages are smaller and less filled. Food items, candy and decor are a complete rip off. Craft and beauty supplies are the only reasonable items currently.

Update: I recently visited the Dollarama at Yonge & Bloor and their prices are less expensive. Imagine that!

I think my local Dollarama offers an amazing selection and many brand names. Sadly recently the prices have almost doubled. I know all retailers have been impacted by inflation but if you call yourself a dollar store shouldn't something be a $1? Even a tiny bag of chips is $1.25. Most items in the store range over $3. Rubber dish gloves are $3.75. Not sure there is a point to shopping there is I don't save anything.

I had purchased an item months ago but I ensured to purchase Allstate insurance for it as the reviews were not so great. I loved my purchase but it has lost it's resiliency. I made the purchase over the phone and asked Wayfair what the insurance covered. Wayfair knowingly let me purchase insurance that does not cover my item. Allstate insurance was ridiculous, online forms that lead to the phone that lead to chatting online that lead to another phone number to submitting photos to getting declined in 5 minutes - great scam. Wayfair told me since my warranty period is up they can't help me so I had to open a case with Paypal. If Paypal fails I will open a case with the Better Business Bureau and submit a complaint to Consumer Affairs. DO NOT BUY ALLSTATE INSURANCE WITH WAYFAIR IT IS A SCAM. What they are doing is illegal.

First all my orders are cancelled by their automated system so I have to call to verify who I am, this happened 3 times then the nightstand I bought was from a 3rd party which Wayfair doesn't indicate on their site. My nightstand hardware did not work and it was unsafe but the manufacturer wanted me to pay to ship the 50lb unit back. They couldn't replace it because Wayfair removed the unit from their site after I reported a safety issue. Wayfair told me they would have refunded it if they could. According to PayPal I bought it from Wayfair! Stay clear of this company it isn't worth the headache.

I placed an order online with Bouclair and received my order via next day delivery.
The driver calls from his phone and made no attempt to buzz my unit on the entry board.
I received my items in a stapled shopping bag not a box which was odd.
I really liked my items until I noticed my vase started leaving sand dust on my table. Since it kept happening I called customer service...I was told I could make a return via mail which is my preference BUT I have to pay for the shipping and the vase must arrive in resellable condition. UM and where are my shipping supplies? Oh ya I never received them. They did not arrive in any shipping materials so why is this now my problem? Should I have to pay to ship the vase back and pay for a box etc? I sent this information to their customer service along with a photo and they ghosted. Luckily I used PayPal and opened a case. Their items are pretty and affordable but be prepared to lose money. Clearly Bouclair need the $25 more than I do.
UPDATE: I was contacted by Bouclair via email and promised a refund which I have not received. They have no live customer service, they offer a chat bot and an email address that take a week to answer. I will reopen my Paypal case if they don't refund by tomorrow.

I recently learned that although Amazon guarantees your return they offer the manufacturer return criteria they can choose from. What? So the refund is based on what criteria the return fits. Mine was over $100 therefore it will take almost 30 days to get my refund. Stupidest thing I have ever heard! If you buy from a seller other than Amazon and it's over $100 this is your headache. Also Amazon can't do anything about it. Amazon is supposed to make shopping easier but they have added too many restrictions lately.

Ebay needs to upgrade their Bot!
Every time I open an account on ebay it's permanently suspended when I didn't even buy anything. They don't provide any way of asking for a review etc. It's easy enough to use a fake phone number but I shouldn't have too. Considering the reputation ebay has for fraudulent sellers perhaps they should stop blocking the honest people! AND by the way I was looking at dolls! Lol

It's time to actually do your jobs again Fed-ex!
I received my delivery from Wayfair this morning. I live in a tower and when he called up I asked if he could bring it to my door - it was 50 Pounds! He said "No". I am disabled by the way. Before Covid couriers used to do their jobs, they get paid quite well to drive and drop boxes but it seems too much to ask for them do even do that. I am betting Wayfair is losing business because of them.

I have placed a few orders and have found the quality of the clothing to be horrible. Materials are itchy and thin (cotton does not exist) and the website description photos are highly edited and misleading. The costume jewelry is ok for the price but the dollar store has comparable items. BEWARE their return policy is discretional. If they disagree with why you returned the item they will not refund it even in brand new condition and even after you pay return shipping. I think this company is a cash grab and nothing to invest your hard earned money in. Most of the reviews are left by paid influencers as noted on other sites.

Tip for consumers:
They have been paying every Youtuber to promote their products - they are no better than other cheap sites.

I ordered a doll from this site and I wasn't expecting anything too fancy at this price point but the SMELL! The smell of plastic was overpowering for me. I now have a sore throat. The doll was adorable, nothing fancy but I had planned on restuffing her etc. The smell literally made me sick. Their return policy only covers defects and after I did the math it would cost me almost what the doll was worth to return it so I decided to discard it. I would not donate something that smelled this bad. The company is legitimate and have a good reputation but no one ever mentioned the smell!

UPDATE: I did let Babeside know about the smell and they were kind enough to refund me which I wasn't expecting. So I gave them back one star for great customer service.

I cannot believe what I have experienced with Trustpilot. This company purposely blocks reviews for certain online retailers (please read their google reviews) and being honest about your experience has no value to them as it does not meet with their purpose. Their purpose is not to provide honest reviews clearly.
Also I can't even leave any type of review on google reviews as they are all being blocked regardless if they fall their policy or not. This is just unethical.

I have a feeling Trust Pilot is biased after my Ebay review which was an average review and my Poshmark review which was negative were removed but my Temu which was negative was left. This appears suspect to me. I didn't say anything except my personal experience.

I have had a few different issues over the past few years which the BBB assisted in. The last one was with an online seller. I followed the return policy of the store not the platform and my refund was not issued because the platform claimed I didn't follow "their" policy. I engaged the BBB and was issued my refund as I had photos of the actual package and the seller was the one that told me how to return my item to them. The platform cannot have their own policies and allow sellers to have their own as well. I was happy with my outcome.

Their chat button on their site has never worked and I have emailed 5 times and still received no answer. Their lack of customer service is enough for me not to use the site. If you have issues with a purchase it takes them days to respond and if you have an account issue they don't respond at all. Lately there have been a new wave of scam sellers that copy from other sites and triple the cost but Posh won't remove them.
