This company does not even remotely care if you the customer, are dissatisfied with their product. They will not budge on their return policy and are too lazy to modernize their product. They hide behind "its a digital product, so we can't do refunds" which is silly. MANY other Wordpress themes companies have figured it out, and are thriving while these guys stay far below average. Learn from me and do research on return policies to protect from people like this. Use ThemeForest. Do not recommend at all and I'm out $200. Complete rubbish.
