I created my membership and spent a lot of time taking surveys. Once I connected my Venmo and went back to taking another survey, they deactivated my account. When I contacted customer service, they have a blanket statement. I did all the surveys with much thought and answered honestly.
Here is their communication: After conducting an audit of your account, it was determined that your membership and/or participation has not met our quality standards or membership requirements. Therefore, your account has been deactivated.
When I pressed for specifics, they sent this: Unfortunately, your membership and/or participation did not allow us to fulfill our obligation or meet the expectations we set for ourselves. Therefore, the original decision to close your account remains.
I'm hoping my identity isn't stolen. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!
