Recently purchased a watch from DHGate. It took a very long time to arrive. So I was rather annoyed to find out that it was broken. I contacted the seller " mens_watches1". He ignored me at first and then said that I would have to take it myself to be repaired. Obviously I was shocked that he expected me to take a brand new product, that had only just arrived, for repair. I expressed my horror with him, that he should even think for one minute, that this would be acceptable. He then continued to ignore me, or say the same thing about getting it repaired. I was losing the will to live, so eventually bit the bullet and took it for repair. I was told by the watch mender, that it was a poor quality fake and would cost too much to repair and should throw it away and buy another. I told the seller and was then given a small percentage of my money back, as a partial refund, as I had technically received the watch. I then moved onto the pointless customer service chat, sending pictures to prove that the watch was useless. I have spent hours and hours trying to get my money back, to no avail. It seems that DHGate will always side with these criminal sellers, as they take a cut from the loot.
