I have a few Clients using their services, My clients have needed critical changes in their web portal platform, but AbacusNext like a comatose patient, is unresponsive. I took 28 days to get a failing primary business email account, under their control, reset, so the client could get their emails. Additionally they are compartmentalized, so the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, perhaps by design! Very frustrating experience and unprofessional service.

Tip for consumers:
Find a different service provider, they are focused on getting long term non-refundable contracts. Very expensive for the services, represented but not provided, or provided after months of effort to get the update or change implemented.
