I filed a dispute over 60 days no one has reached out to even keep me updated. I was told by several representatives different stories I only want my money back just like they authorized a transaction without my consent never will I put a piece a gum on this card ever

The worst I've seen thus far. I had my account hacked by some one in a different country I was notified of these transactions. I'm in Jacksonville fl. I asked can I speak to a supervisor they told me they didn't have one SMH where is my money. Customer service is the worst
