I give this Bear King store zero stars if I could. This store website url looks very legit with all the great layouts. I bought like $55 worth of stuff from them. They somehow decided to mail my stuff to an address with no house on it or another address. I have personal gone to the physical address. How can you make this mistake? My address is written on the account. They've even confirmed my address back to me before sending it out. A simple Google search shows there is no such address. When I went to the post office several times, they either said the package was sent back or that it is a scam. I have talked to both AliExpress and the said company. They both blamed each other and rerouted me thru to meassaging to each other, saying I should deal or contact the other. Lots of headaches and stress, and still no refund. It seems AliExpress is aiding or protecting this scammer and many others. They need to do more to protect buyers from fake sellers like Ebay where they, themselves refund you, then go after the sellers themself. AliExpress doesn't even do anything for you and it is very difficult to get a hold of an agent... once you do, they don't know anything about your situation or the process of online transactions. The seller can't refund your money. Who knows if they are fake or real. Lost my money... the company has made it clear they don't do refund so that's why I am here to warn you. Don't do business with this store or expect this. I lost money. You don't have to.

Brought a clone DRT Tiny Klash from this company. Package never came. Address mislabelled on purpose and sent to the wrong address that doesn't even exist. Can't get a refund from store or AliExpress. Zero stars.
