There is no one to speak with in person, there is no escalation, there is only email that may or may not be responded to within 48 hours. Their corporate telephone number is an endless loop of instructions in English and Spanish on how to email them.
When a customer would like to return an item because they don't like the color they regularly told not to return the item and are just given a refund which is then at the seller's total cost.
They suspended our account and are holding our money for the second time because we have too many fraudulent orders. These are NOT orders... THEY cancel the orders before they get to us. We never see the orders and have nothing to do with them. The first time they suspended us they realized their mistake and immediately re-activated us. This time, no one will get back to us at all and they are keeping our money for 3 months.
As a consumer, we had a customer return an item to us - but did not go through WISH to return it. We tried to refund the customer but WISH disallowed it. We went back and forth with WISH for THREE MONTHS trying to get this woman her refund. They kept giving the customer and us the runaround.
This is a very shady company and as a seller or a customer you would be wise to keep WAY away from it.
