I made a call today regarding my case and this representative was very upset every time I ask a question his name was Gabrielle G*******. This a customer service line and if you have question they should be polite to the customers.

“Representative with identity 38711 refused to transfer me to supervisor”

I been trying to pay my phone for 2 days and the system is down. But they want me to pay a fee if I pay with them, this person refused to transferred me with a supervisor *******. I have metro for so long but now I need to make a change.
