I have written to them multiple times, 3 times via instagram and once via email and their answers are apologies or excuses as "We are almost back on track". I paid for express shipping which is not worth it at all. Ooh. And they haven't sent my dresses, but I do have received 3 emails asking me to rate my purchase and my experience... well, let me tell you WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
