I ordered a lace wig, human hair on their website, paid to have it delivered by DHL, it was going to take 6 weeks. The wig arrived 2 weeks later by US mail. The wig was jet black, when I ordered brown, the lace was black, when I ordered transparent. I sent an e-mail to the company. They told me to send it back by US mail, and to say that the wig cost $20, when in fact I paid $293 for the wig. I said I would not lie on the Customs Forms. I spent $63 sending it back to China. They told me that they would only refund 50% of my money because the Customs Fee they had to pay in China was more than the wig was worth. I am still waiting for the 50% refund. If it does not come, I will file a complaint with PayPal. I have e-mail documentation to prove this. Terrible customer service. THEY made the mistake and now I am paying for it.
