Generic response to damaged item received. No instructions on how to mail it back to get replacement or refund. They have a customer service # but don't accept calls. Beware of this company.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. What I received looked completely different from what I ordered. I would NEVER wear this wig. Just wasted some money. Plus it took approximately 3-4 weeks from the time I ordered till the time I received it. BEWARE!

Never received my first order. They attempted to resolve the issue by allowing me to select another item which took forever to receive. This time it was the wrong item and the wrong size. So now they want me to prove that they made a mistake. I am done and I want a refund. Online ordering should not be this hard.
