I made a purchase in February / 2024. Their web site says that items purchased within the US and/or Canada should be delivered in 1 or 2 weeks. This did not happen. I still have not received my item. The website has and e-mail for questions which I've used multiple times but I received an e-mail back saying "undeliverable". So, its a fake e-mail. I also used their web site option for questions providing my name, phone number, e-mail and order number and still they haven't responded. Also, the website does not appear in my desktop computer. It seems the website only appears on mobile phones. I'm going to continue requesting information until my item is delivered or until the website stops stealing other people's money. I do have proof of my purchase. The picture is on my phone and I haven't uploaded it in my laptop yet. I'm typing this review using my laptop. However I'll attach the picture eventually.

Upadate. It's 3/31/2022. Have received nothing, zero replies to my messages or emails. When I ask for my order they email me A LOT OF SCAMS. A lot. Please do not buy from this website. Report it to the authorities local and federal and to IC3. They still have their website on the internet. AGAIN REPORT THE WEBSITE TO THE AUTHORITIES.

Update. It's 2/28/2022 and my order still hasn't been delivered. I continue sending messages and emails requesting information but after 31 weeks sending daily messages nobody has responded. I know they are getting all my messages and emails but they don't respond. DON NOT BUY FROM THEM. Solidswiss will steal your money. Report their website to the local and federal authorities (IC3) because their website is still on the internet meaning they're still taking money from inocent people promising an item they will not receive. Like I say I've sent messages and emails to them daily for 31 weeks and nobody replies. I've posted testimonials so many and none have been posted. Testimonials on their website have all 5 stars. Nobody is prefect. They're probably fake.

Upadate 1/25/2022. Solidswiss still hasn't delivered the watch I purchased in April 2021. I keep asking for information weekly at least two times per day every week with no replies. They're getting all my messages and I'm sure they are getting messages from other customers but no replies. They keep making changes to their website continuously getting orders from other customers. None of the testimonials I've submitted (based on facts) still haven't been posted. Please do not be impressed by their website at the end they will steal your money asking you to transfer it to Pakistan for you to order an item you're not going to receive. Report the website to IC3 or other local and state authorities.

Update 12/22/2021. Solidswiss is still advertising on the internet. They still have a "special Black Friday" valid until dec-12-2021. This company has not remorse for all the money they've stolen to people. I'm shocked the website hasn't been removed from the internet. Something needs to be done. I still haven't received my order. More than $1000 in money transferred to them for the purchase of a watch I still haven't received.

Update 11/27/2021. Solidswiss again blocked me today. See (screen shot) ttachment below. Simply for Asking about my order. This guy(s) abused from my personal information I trusted them to harrass me sending SCAMS to my email instead of providing information regarding my order and the item I purchased.

Update 11/24/2021. Solidswiss blocked me from accessing their website not letting me send messages to them about the order I placed last April. See attachment below. BLOCKED

Update 11/23/2021. Solidswiss blocked me again just for asking about my order. I placed this order last April and nothing has been delivered. When I keep asking they block me. See screen shot attachment below with today's date.

Update 11/22/2021. I continue requesting information on my order and still no responses I've received. They blocked me again from entering their website simply because I'm requesting information on my order. They also sent me a lot of scams on my emails, phone calls and texts. This where people should realize how bad this company is because their are using their customers personal information to send you scams and corrupt Emails. Really bad. Don't hesitate to report this website to the local and federal authorities if you've been a victim.

This is an update 11/11/2021. I'm still sending emails to Solidswiss asking for my order and I haven't received any replies. I know they are getting my messages because instead of giving me answers about my order they are harassing me with SCAMS. Solidswiss sent me texts and emails all of them SCAMS. This person from this website texted and emailed me from 2:30 pm to 10:30 PM. They sent me the last email around 10:30 pm. This just happened yesterday 11/10/21. Every time I sent texts to them requesting information regarding my order they replied with SCAMS. It's them. They sent a lot of scam to stop me from sending them messages to ask about my order. I trusted Solidswiss my personal phone number and personal email and all they've done is to harass me with SCAMS. Please inform people about this website. Don't give money to these people because you'll get nothing in return. I'll continue demanding the delivery of the item I purchased requesting an update or answers on my order. I will continue updating this review.

This is an update 11/5/2021. I'm still sending emails to Solidswiss asking for my order and I haven't received any replies. I know they are getting my messages because instead of giving me answers about my order they sent me SCAMS. A lot of them in a form of phone calls, texts and emails. They have not posted any of my testimonials either.

This is an update 10/25/2021. Still, I'm not getting any replies from this company regarding my order. Their website keeps changing on the internet meaning they're out there getting orders but they don't respond to customer requests. I'm still emailing them daily except for weekends demanding a response on my order. Again if you are a victim from this company send messages to them demanding the delivery of the product you purchased. Don't give up. Also report this website to the authorities and IC3. If none of this is done Solidswiss will continue on the internet doing their fraud business.

This is an update 10/08/2021. I still am sending messages and emails to solidswiss in a daily basis. 5 days a week except weekends. Yesterday 10/07/2021 they sent me a lot of junk scam/emails (like 250) even texts (a lot) retaliating because I've been very persistant demanding delivery of my order. They want me to quit but I will continue to do so until they deliver the item, return my money or until the website disappears from the internet. It's a crooked website. They need to be gone from the internet but we (the affected customers) need to stay active demanding from them to deliver. Again, if we don't do that they are not going to stop taking money from more people.

Nobody is responding to my emails nor returning my calls. I've sent multiple emails and made phone calls with no response from Solidswiss. I also have not received the item I ordered 19 weeks ago. Post this review for other people to see. See attached proof of purchase. None of the reviews I have submitted on their website are published. They are stealing money from honest people. They only post "fake" good reviews but no negative reviews. BE CAREFUL.
VERY IMPORTANT: THIS WEBSITE IS GETTING ALL MY MESSAGES AND EMAILS BUT THEY DO NOT RESPOND. WHEN I EMAIL THEM PERSISTENTLY ABOUT MY ORDER. INSTEAD THEY SEND ME A LOT OF SCAM EMAILS. LIKE 200 or 300. THEY DO THIS TO STOP ME FROM ASKING THEM ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. BE AWARE.

Please, please do not give up. Request to Solidswiss the delivery of the item you purchased. Send them reminders daily as I do. If you give up the website will continue taking money from other people.

From July 19th to Oct 19th, 2021
I've sent 2 more emails to sales@ Solidswiss.sr almost each day during this period of time and nobody has responded to my emails. The ph they have on their website does not work and if it does nobody return your calls.

If any other affected customer read my review anywhere in the world please don't hesitate to report this company and website to the authorities IC3 at a state and federal level to make a strong case otherwise the website will continues doing their fraud business affecting more people.
I have also requested a response on the order I placed back in April tru their website and nobody is responding. I know they are receiving my emails and messages because they retaliate sending me scams. It's them sending these scams 200 to 300.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM I ORDERED IN APRIL. THEIR WEBSITE IS STILL ON THE INTERNET. IT SEEMS THEY ARE TRULLY COMMITTED TO CONTINUE THEIR FRAUD BUSINESS.

See attachments. Check them out. Solidswiss denied me complete access to their website simply because I keep asking them about the order I placed. THIS IS FRAUD AND SOLIDSWISS HAS SIMPLY STOLEN MY MONEY.
