The first ring I received was the wrong size but had the correct type of ring and engraving. Because it was engraved I couldn't return it (their policy) so I had to order another. Here's where it goes haywire. My second order the engraving was not only wrong but the entire ring itself was incorrect. They sent me an entirely different ring. Next, they sent me a replacement the engraving was still incorrect and the ring was the wrong size. I reached out again and now it's radio silence. This has been going on since September. I've now asked for refund and no response.
