Hello. I am ready to purchase a bed from AOS, after a couple of weeks exploring options, looking through AOS' website and communicating with an AOS representative via email. Before placing the order I decided to see if there were reviews on AOS and I found this site. While there are many very positive reviews, there are also many negative reviews, where follow up customer service seems to have been an issue. Can AOS comment on its follow up customer service (post delivery)? How effective and responsible is AOS at addressing REAL problems or issues that come up with the furniture, through no fault of the purchaser?

Hello,

Thanks for your question. It is our goal to have 100% satisfaction in resolving any issue that may arise. While 4 negative reviews are not okay, but really good for being in business for 16 years and having sold thousands upon thousands of orders. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and do strive for customer satisfaction. We will be the first to admit that we have not always handled things the way we wished we would have.
