What is your guarantee on any damage or product that does not function properly? If the stain is not covered on the piece of furniture how is it handled? Can you provide stain samples. What guarantee will I have if you quote me a price that the price will not be increased?

Hello. I am ready to purchase a bed from AOS, after a couple of weeks exploring options, looking through AOS' website and communicating with an AOS representative via email. Before placing the order I decided to see if there were reviews on AOS and I found this site. While there are many very positive reviews, there are also many negative reviews, where follow up customer service seems to have been an issue. Can AOS comment on its follow up customer service (post delivery)? How effective and responsible is AOS at addressing REAL problems or issues that come up with the furniture, through no fault of the purchaser?
Mission Antique Oak or Mission Siesta Oak... Do you have the Mission Bed with Underbed Storage? If so, what is cost? Do you have a bookshelf type headboard with drawers in the mission style?
Is the furniture really made in the US by local craftsman? If so, how do they explain the fact that another vendor has the EXACT same photos of several sofas, using the EXACT SAME NAME as the products at AmishOutlet Store - and this vendor is more than 250 miles away in another state. It makes it look like these are just mass produced in some third world country and resold as handmade in US.
