I saw some positive reviews along all the negative reviews too. is this actually a legitimate company?

Answer:

Bought a refurbed iPhone 11 unlocked, as a Christmas gift. It arrived and I had it activated. I had no problem with the phone. I went to Simple Mobil, and got their 25.00 plan. The phone is in great condition, works great, and I am happy with Back Market.

We've had very positive experiences with Backmarket. Items arrived within a week and shipping was free. They have a 30 day return policy but I don't know if you have to pay return shipping. Honestly if the return is just because you change your mind I think it's fair for the consumer to pay the return shipping!

Extremely unlikely. My "excellent product was not in an Apple box. And it didn't boot. And I can't get any assistance with a return/refund.

You need to contact the customer service from the site where you purchased the item, not this site, which is where you were supposed to be reviewing the site you made a purchase from.

I order an ipad and i don't know when it will come

Check your email. They should've sent you an order confirmation email. If it isn't in your inbox, check your junk mail. The subject of the email they sent me was titled "hooray! Your purchase has gone through!". They send you a tracking number for your package as soon as it's shipped. Click the "view" in the black box next to "your order details" in your confirmation email for more information.

I sent the phone back on the 17th. you should have gotten back by now and i have even heard back from anyone except to leave back market a review..
