Is directv a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

It is a scam 100%. Just read the reviews. You don't realize it until they got your money and you need something! They are holding peoples money from them that doesn't belong to them. They may even tell you you'll get it back. Just keep waiting, you wont. Then you have to call back and go through the entire process again. I'm on 6 weeks now/Overdraft fees/No Thanksgiving/ and I have photo proof I cancelled 2 days before my free trial was up. They just didn't want me to cancel! Lol. They do things different here. You have been WARNED my friends!

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at directv?

Answer:

Doesn't matter since they ignore the discrepancy once they have you under contract. No wonder their rating is so poor!

I joined direct tv 9/2022 because of the nfl package, but the 23/24 nfl season was eliminated into my 2nd year contract. can i get some kind of compe
