Original My Pillows are in our guest room since they're too hard, lumpy and tall yo use. Waste of $100!
Then the slippers which Lindell hacked as the best thing since sliced bread are too small as nd narrow to use. After a waiting on the phone for 90 mns ( was disconnected once), we gave up, which I believe is their business plan. This from a proported Christian! I'd hate to see what he would do if he was atheist!

Twice now my debit card was compromised and Chase immediately canceled my card saying a new one would be sent. Over 2 weeks and nothing! Key Bank overnighted my new card but as large as Chase is, THEY ARE TO CHEAP TO DO THE SAME!

Wife is vegetarian. Ordered her a I izza sub with meat on the side. It was placed on the sandwich anyway. Mibe wss the ham sub; couldn't taste any ham so o I ened up sandwich and found 4 triangles of ham so thin yiu could see through them. Did the survey and called customer service 2 weeks ago. Have heard nothing. We're done with Subway!
These yahoos charged nearly $50 for a horn that's not even weatherproof! WHERE ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KEEP IT? IN THE GLOVE BOX? Then to add to the fun, they refuse to acknowledge my correspondence asking for REAL horn or my $$$ back. They'll have to answer to a higher power for screwing me over

Was told by sales we could add a second line for an additional $7/,momth p lus tax. When we got the bill they added $10/month for an "updated receiver" for which we never asked. 2 days of calls to DirecTV with requests for a manager resulted in our being sent to AT&T Uverse which has nothing to do with our service. Each time, they had my friend so upset she suffered all day. Never trust them!

Been open just over a year. Nice staff but incompetent phlebotomists. I would get bruised every time when other sites would not. They do not inform donors when site is down causing wasted trips, Lastly, they practice ageism forcing donors to stop at 71st birthday without informing donors. Even staff didn't know why until third wasted trip. CSL more professional and pays more

Tried looking on-line for instructions to change the foils on their amazing shaver since the illustrations are so tiny in owners manual to be useless. Tried calling "customer service" for 2 days. 1st time I finally reached an agent after 38 mns whose command of English is laughable. I asked for a supervisor and was told one would return the call. No response rest of day. Called this AM and pressed option 1 to be called back. As of COB the same day, no call. The foils are so fragile I'm afraid I'd destroy them. I'll keep looking for a You Tube to help. Worthless "customer non-service"!

I've been trying to use the app for 3 1/2 years since I met my gal and get her $20 worth of Dunkin/month. I end up going into the store to have a clerk do the order for me! The store personnel also tell me they don't like the app either. In 3 1/2 years I only have 277 points b/c I don't get points in the store. They should be ashamed of their poor rating b4 mine! BEWARE!

I bought 2 new 3/4 hp sewage pumps. BOTH were defective. After weeks, finally got a refund. Then I received a 3 ton Pittsburgh floor jack for Christmas that apprently was reconditioned. When I opened it up to use it, it was missing parts and one cylinder leaked so much oil the bottom of the box was soaked in jack oil. There was nothing to hook the handle into. When I returned it to the Boardman store, the manager said it was sold as is and "tough luck" refusing to replace it, repair it or refund. Next will be small claims court.
Too bad. When I lived in the Akron area, I stopped the Coventry store for 10 years with never a problem. I can see why their ratings are so poor (1.5 stars out of5). I wouldnt even give them 1 star if thst were possible! BEWARE!

What seemed too good to be true is. I had done a number of separate orders, most of which were okay. Then I had several items that came from the same seller with multiple business names all in one shipping bag with each item over taped. Each smaller envelope had noEnglish to identify what was inside. Only numbers and Chinese characters. I found one brown watch box that was empty; another was totally missing.
When I tried customer service 3 times, the broiler plate responses seemed sincere but didn't, solve the issue. They kept sending the same reply. They had proof it was delivered. All they had was proof that a large delivery bag was delivered with who knows what is inside.
I finally just told them to keep my money for the 2 watches and that I was done with them! They probably Don't know enough English to be ashamed!
