How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Discount Electronics?

Real bad CS and will intentionally misguide you. And you can't get a refund beyond store credit.

Horrible CS, they dont return your call and the emails make you feel like its your fault. And for a return for refund it makes you wonder if you will be saying bye bye to your money...
