PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT order off this site. I ordered a vintage white lace dress and got a gold glittery embellished what I would call a drag queen outfit. Not only do they refuse to refund they wont give there address out and keep pestering you to accept a discount. I have been fighting to get my money back with my bank who are supporting me. They are blacklisted on certain sites. I asked them to pay for the return postage after they finally gave me their address. IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE YOU WILL NOT PUT YOURSELF IN MY POSITION. They trade under several names but are the same Company so be careful. Again today they said I have to pay the return. I told them why should I be out of pocket £35 and they just rudely said keep the dress and take the 20% discount we offered you then. They are a joke they just put any old thing in a bag an ship it to you I can send you the photies if you like. The panto might be interested in the dress they sent me PLEASE DONT ORDER OFF THEM

The ''bad reviews'' are here for a reason as apart from the fake ones that DylanQueen have put themselves, ALL of us have a bad experience with this company. Avoid them like the plague!
