I mistakenly ordered the free trials of the eye cream and the face serum. When I called to cancel, the face serum reluctantly returned 35% of my payment. The eye cream did nothing. Spoke with two men Chris and Roy who were both condescending, rude and tried to make me feel stupid. I am only asking for the 35% back from the eye cream also. I am on a limited income and cannot afford this at. I should have known. Please take to your board and see if some of funds can be returned. I would deeply appreciate it. I would cancel the credit card that they charge and dispute the charge with your credit card. The collection agency that they use is fake and when l looked them up on better business bureau, the government has filed a flag on them stating for the company to cease all business for not having a license.
